Dutch has been in the ministry for 29 years, being ordained at the young age of 23. He has ministered in many nations and cities preaching the cause of Christ. He has spent much time ministering in Latin America, even being in Guatemala during the earthquake of 1974. Dutch currently serves on many boards including The National Prayer Center.

Dutch travels extensively, bringing breakthrough and re-digging wells of revival in this nation. He is a conference speaker, author, Bible college lecturer, and has been a guest on Christian television including The 700 Club, It’s a New Day, the Inspiration Network, the LeSea Network and Trinity Broadcasting Network. Dutch is also Senior Pastor of Freedom Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he has pastored for 15 years.

Ceci, Dutch’s wife of 29 years, is a pastor at FC and serves in many areas including the music ministry, women’s ministries, and administration.

Ceci Sheets serves the Body of Christ in many capacities.  She currently serves alongside her husband of 29 years, Dutch Sheets, as he pastors Freedom Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  They have served there for 15 years. Dutch and Ceci have the unique privilege of pastoring several national and international ministry leaders who make Freedom Church their home church.

Ceci is a trained vocalist and an ordained minister.  She also manages and directs her husband’s ministry, Dutch Sheets Ministries.

Being a seasoned mom, wife, and leader, Ceci sees the challenges that women face in their different areas of life and service. Her desire is to see women find their “ministry,” whether it is in the home or marketplace, thereby fulfilling their destinies in Christ.
